Lori Guerin, a native of Hicksville, Long Island, has resided in Florida since moving south in 1988. Lori, who always had a  passion for real estate, helped many of her family members and friends find property. Once her children were old enough, she decided to become licensed and begin a new career. After meeting Carmen Pedota and forming the Selling Anna Maria team on a handshake many years ago the team joined Wagner Realty. Lori and Carmen are pleased to work with such an innovative, professional long standing firm and embrace the company’s philosophy of local experts with a global perspective. In keeping with the teams desire better serve their clients Lori has earned her GRI and AHWD designations.

She is also the proud parent of Ryan, a practicing attorney  and Kelly a graduate of Florida State University now attending medical school...Go Noles!!!

Lori and her husband enjoy traveling the world, especially cruising so Lori and her husband Mark purchased a travel agency more than 18 years ago.  Land and Cruise, Cruise Planners is a home based travel agency affiliated with American Express, a full service agency the pair have grown by referral only.   

While building her business with Carmen she still finds time to stay involved. Giving back is something Lori firmly believes in and has been very actively involved in the community as PTO president of the Anna Maria Elementary School and as a Community Center coach. Lori also volunteers every year at the Wagner Golf Classic benefiting the Bradenton Blue Association. Lori is also involved with animal rescue and has served as a handler working alongside photographer Sherri Proctor (of Sherri’s Island Images) with Picture Them Adopted.
